“Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean”

The room itself seemed clean enough but my initial room (403) smelled like it was previously a smoking room so I asked to changed, this was dealt with quickly but the new……

“Room was ok, although the door sometimes wouldn’t open due to the frame being out of whack. The ice machine on our floor was in about 10 pieces on the floor in a pile. It said it had a pool but it has been closed so no swim for the kids. The caulking around the tub was black and needs to be replaced. Lots of parking, decent breakfast. Won’t be back.”

“The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never……

Breakfast included was so good... from fresh make your self waffles( gluten free options too) miniture omlettes, hash browns, amazing chicken sausages.. bagels/toast, muffins etc. You name it they had it. Always clean and kept refreshed. Lots of parking and conveniently located!”

“The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”

“Garbage was removed, coffee replaced, beds made and fresh towels daily. Complimentary breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage and so much more was above and beyond. This is the best service I've had from a motel in years. A+”
