"Hot rooms "

"I’m an old school hotel person so this being more of an artisan hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was sweet. The gym had good equipment for me to get a workout in. And Ubers were always close. I saw pups outside being walked as well. Really enjoyed my stay"

"It was a clean room a little more cramped then I was hoping for the parking was a little confusing because they charged me to park in the structure but didn't take my license plate number so I have no idea how they even track that."

"Beautiful facility. I celebrated my birthday in the Jefferson Ballroom with family and friends. I was satisfied with my hotel room; however, there was a fire drill at 3AM and we had to evacuate. We had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to find out it was a false alarm. We had a hard time falling back asleep and then it was time to fall asleep. We did not really get to enjoy our overnight stay. It was a waste of $$$. However, the Radissson Southfield is a nice Hotel."

"Went to check in at 6pm after a long day of traveling to be notified that my room was not ready, they said they will text me in 15 min , 45 min goes by and I go back down to the check in desk and they said the room I originally booked and payed for 2 months in advance was no longer available. Very disappointing. Pool & hot tub is very small overloaded with chemicals you can smell walking down the street from the outing the building.Would not recommend. "

"The staff was not helpful when we asked for help nor were they friendly about it. We did not get the room that we had reserved for a family of four making a miserable night’s stay. The pool was not clean and cool. The hallways and common areas reeked of marijuana. We will not book here again in the future."

"The breakfast was not worth the extra cost with runny eggs and gray potatoes. Yuck. Our keys did not work in our first room and they had to switch us to another room. The tv in our new room did not work properly and had to be hard reset (shut down and started back up) every time we switched a very channels. One of the elevators had a busted key scan. But, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean."
