「I stayed here about a week and was very satisfied. The apartment is clean and spacious, there's a easy-to-use washer and drawer, and the owner is helpful and responsive. The location is great: a couple blocks from the railroad station and a short walk from central Concord.」

Great location within 1/2 mile walk of the main town area. Host is lovely. Will add a note of caution to be mindful that there is a full step down from the bathroom doorway to the living area as well as a bit of an elevation change at the doorway from the living room to the bedroom.
