「There are good and bad things. Communication with host was superb. Mattresses are good. Spacious for spreading out. However. The host asks for no shoes inside but the ceramic tile is FREEZING cold and has many, many cracks (with loose pieces), so it’s not a logical request. They don’t want food in livingroom but for a space that sleeps 8, there’s only a small kitchen table. Another illogical request. Mattresses may be good but pillows are terrible. Literally hard as brick and about 12”...

「Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).」
