“The only problem I would warn other guests about is the lack of parking at the hotel. Yes, there is a car park over the road but, for anyone with a lot of luggage, that will take extra time and energy to carry / push it through the underpass. Otherwise a great, if short stay, thank. you.”

“Lovely location. Appears to be lovely hotel set up. TERRIBLE customer service and staff. Drove 5 hours here after a paid for booking and recited email. Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week……
