"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. "The hotel location was perfect. We arrived earlier than expected and Naveah got us early check-in without hesitation. The rooms (we booked 3 for our family) were all clean, comfortable and spacious; especially the King suite. The staff was super friendly, very accommodating and attentive. Always asking if there was anything we needed. Hampton Inn did not disappoint. The breakfast was perfect as well. I will definitely come back to this location. Also want to recognize Aliyah for her kindness and awesome customer service. "
