Great location

Great location, lovely garden and hot tub. House is in need of some tlc and the road directly outside is very busy.

Charming cottage full of character

Lovely quaint cottage, well equipped with the added benefit of a hot tub. Thoughtful compliment of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits provided. Only a couple of cons. Sofas could of been a bit more comfortable for us. Property is on a busy road, and the parking was a bit tight for our car. Lovely and cosy stay, enjoyed by all in a great location to town. All in all a lovely stay, would recommend.

So much character!

What a lovely little cottage, hot tub was an amazing feature and the cottage had so much character. Ordered a take away from city centre and arrived no issue. Amazing, will be visiting again x

Girlie retreat weekend

Ideal cottage for a girls weekend for some R&R and a gossip. Despite the rain, we enjoyed the hot tub and the cottage itself is ideally located for trips into Stratford-upon-Avon and to the local pub for a meal. We all slept really well and had a chilled weekend away. The cottage has everything you need for a short break - although a few board games or a DVD player would have been great for a cosy night in.
