“So helpful. We originally booked one room then the night before we called said we needed a second room and then when we got there we needed a third room. So accommodating. When I went to check out there was no trolley. They did everything to try find any of them. From checking cameras to going floor to floor looking. They finally went and got a laundry cart and even helped haul it out to my vehicle and help load everything into it. Went above and beyond. . ”

“I highly recommend this house. We had a family reunion in Edmonton and rented this home between 3 families. It was nice to be able to have visitors and it was perfect to be out in the country as we did get more visitors than expected. We were able to chat and visit without worrying about noise. It was one of the few homes that allowed events and encouraged fun. Not that we were rowdy or got crazy as most of us were between 40-70. “The house was so well set up for our large family of 20. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies. The double oven was a huge help. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working, but to his credit, the host did get a guy out twice to try to fix it, and he gave us a portion of our fees back as a refund.
