「The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.」

「We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. 「The property was in a great location for the town centre. The road is very narrow so be mindful of what size car you have, but we were fine. Only enough parking for one car, so had to park in the park and ride for the other car, but that was easy enough. House is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend.」

「Despite the complex instructions to find the cottage, it was fairly easy. (A quick look beforehand on Google Street View helped!) Found it best to park the car first in the Freshwater car park as you exit the harbour up the hill. This is a long stay car park costing approx. (August 2024) £10 for 24hrs.
