We welcome you to stay at Holly Tree Cottage, a charming three-storey retreat tucked in the heart of Nailsworth, one of the Cotswolds’ most characterful and creative market towns and voted one of the best places to buy a house in the UK in 2024! Thoughtfully arranged and full of personality, this cosy home offers the perfect base for couples, friends, or small families looking to explore the rolling Gloucestershire countryside!

On the ground floor you’ll find a welcoming sitting room filled with natural light and furnished for relaxed evenings after days spent exploring. Whether your perfect evening is curled up with a book by the fire or having a film night with the family, it`s the ideal space.

We also have a great well-equipped kitchen, giving you everything you need for simple breakfasts or slow suppers at home and a coffee machine for your morning hit!

Upstairs we have a main double bedroom and a family bathroom on the first floor, and on the top floor we have a cosy twin bedroom with two single beds, tucked under the eaves for an extra sense of hideaway comfort.

The cottage is perfectly placed for discovering Nailsworth’s independent shops, bakeries, and cafés. Our little town is known for its food culture, craft spirit, and friendly atmosphere. Step outside and you’re moments from woodland walks, valley trails, and some of the most picturesque corners of the Cotswolds. We are also only a short 5-minute drive from Stroud, and would recommend visiting the famous farmer`s market on a Saturday morning!

We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
