"While the outside of the property looks older it seems like all of the rooms have been updated and is very clean. The only problem I had (probably with my room) was that the hot water for the shower was iffy due to the tap. Overall, it was a good stay for a traveler."

"For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it. "We weren’t satisfied for the first room they gave us; however, they were able to accommodate us and gave us a better, clean, and a comfortable room. Josh and his staffs were friendly and kind. They made sure we were taking care of and satisfied. Thank you."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect for spending a day at the Trail of 10 Falls, which is a few mins away. The place was cozy, intimate and clean. The bathroom was wonderful. We appreciated the coffee machine with a well stocked coffee pods / grounded coffee. Communication was easy through the Vrbo app. Cell signal in the area is poor / non-existant and planning ahead when communicating with the host is essential."
