「The hotel is in a perfect location. We were charged for parking, $16.00 per night, in the hotel lot which I felt was ridiculous. The room was nice, only downfall was the ceiling paint in the shower was chipping. Room was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「The Marshall Creek Rest Motel was a delightful stop after a long day at Dollywood. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
