"The front desk staff was amazing. The hotel is clean and in a wonderful location. They offer a free shuttle to the main area near Duval Street which is super convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and we were here celebrating my birthday and they left us a bottle of champagne and a cute card in our room, it totally made my day. "

"I stay here almost exclusively on my annual visits to Key West. Staff is always super helpful, courteous & polite. The "Venetian" pool is so impressive with its design & the shell fountains, plus the surrounding outdoor bar & breakfast buffet area is has a super local/island feel. The rooms are always in great condition, very clean & well stocked. I love how the hotel is elevated so there are so many parking spots underneath to provide cover. The continental breakfast is fantastic! I'll be back in 2026 guaranteed! "
