The hotel was nice and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok...iv had much better there before. Loved the coffee, the juice was nasty and the sausage links looked raw but the bagel was ok.

An excellent facility of interstate travelers. Clean and new, with a nice fitness room for this size of hotel. If you want to stay closer to the attractions in Sulphur Springs, it's probably not for you though. And there's highway noise if that bothers you.

Great stay, nice room

Awesome stay. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good, gym was nice, and staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the internet to connect to the tv and watch apps would not work.

While the hotel itself is fine the location is just off the highway and far from any amenities. It would have been better if the televisions in the rooms had worked. However breakfast excellent and cleanliness very high standard as one expects from Holiday Inn Express.

Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some help with our thermostat, and he immediately came to fix it. On checkout, a different gentleman helped me. Both were very conscientious. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice shower for a mid level hotel. Good breakfast. We visit sulphur springs several times per year and chose a different hotel this time due to price and short trip. We were very pleased. This isn't a lixury hotel, but it is very good as a mid or economy level.

Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk, because there was no one to help and check us out to our room after 20 hours drive. The clerk was very pleasant , it’s hard when you are working alone, so I kind of understand his dilemma. And breakfast in the morning was a joke, because all their was , yogurt, banana, cold boiled eggs in the fridge and cereal. Normally, Holiday Inn is my to go place when I am not sure when going to a new place. But this one was a little disappointing. The room was clean though!! 😜

After driving 5 hours we stopped to get some rest. I usually stay at HIE so I had booked this one a couple days ahead of time. The lobby is clean and the young gentlemen who checked us in was polite. Once we got past the front lobby though we noticed an awful smell. It was everywhere, even our room. It smelled like a dirty retirement home. After meeting the front desk attendant the next morning I believe they may own and live on the property so they may be nose blind to the stench. It was truly unpleasant. Also too many slamming doors in the wee early morning hours. Got work up at 5ish by a constant slamming door. Won’t be staying here again. Way less standards than every other HIE I’ve ever stayed at.
