"Everything was wonderful "

"We booked two rooms for one night. When we arrived to check in Micah was so helpful and got us all set up. His friendly personality was contagious. He has us laughing and informed us on everything every step of the way. The rooms were clean and the beds were not hard. The pillows were comfortable. We had two rooms joining and both bathrooms did not have a working fan. The water pressure was fair and the water stayed hot. The ac in the room was on the slow side to cool the room but it was okay. We visited the bar for a drink before bed, the bartender was friendly and our drinks were enjoyable. The hotel seemed to have a lot of events while we were there. They had a police gala the night we checked in and a trading card and memorabilia event the next morning. There were lots of chairs, couches and seating available in the lobby to make people feel comfortable. The parking lot was clean and there were elevators on both sides of the hotel. The fresh hot cookies were delicious 😋 we will be back !"

"Breakfast was great. The restaurant was not open on Saturday during the day. Prime location for shopping. The beds were not that comfortable. The TV kept cutting off, there is no microwave in the room and "

"Booked a deluxe room with a balcony and king size bed…got there to check in and they told us “something was wrong” with their rooms with balconies and they couldn’t put us in the room we paid for until the “next day” but didn’t know what time..(come to find out they were overbooked for 3 weeks but still showing listings)…we get to our substitute room and it’s so small and looks like college dorm room or a small room on a cruise…told them it was unacceptable and I will be checking out..booked at Starling after checkin out and it was great!! Would never book at the Hyatt in downtown Atlanta again !"
