Quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean for your seawall. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home is equipped with everything you need to unwind and relax. Offering a high end kitchen, stainless appliances, three smart tv's and a 54-foot seawall to dock your boat. Gated community with Oceanfront Heated Saltwater Pool, Marina with Convenient Store, Fuel Dock and Boat Launch. Pickleball, tennis, basketball and bocce courts and so much more. VO COMMUNITY REGISTRATION FEE OF $125.00 IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Our Review of Tiki Time House

Property was very clean and neat. The views are exceptional. House was very comfortable, nicely appointed, with great art work on the walls. Bedding was also top notch. The park where it's located is secure, and extremely well kept. Great place to walk, ride bikes, or just take in the views. If your a boater/fisherman, this place is perfect for that too.
