“We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure”

“The internet did not work and the night clerk was very testy with me: "We're full and the internet doesn't work when we are sold out". I said, "Wouldn't it be good practice to warn guests before selling them a room that that was standard?" My work depends on the internet and I would not have stayed here had I known. Staff was very flippant and unpleasant. The king sized bed felt like it came out of a 20-year-old trailer. I won't stay at BWs anymore!!!”

“My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall.However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it.……

“The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. ”
