讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
We have stayed here twice.
First time we arrived at 5:00 pm and our room was not ready. Check in is at 3:00pm. It was the one and only handicapped accessible room in the facility. I was having knee surgery, so we wanted that for safety reasons. Staff was apologetic and we waited in the lobby for 30 min.
Beds are not too comfortable,
Breakfast is ok and hot; however, you’re usually waiting for food to be prepared for refills.
Regular Coffee is empty most of the time and you’re waiting on it. (Quick fix might be to have 2 of them)
Our 2nd stay was the same. No improvements
This is a busy location due to pricing and closer proximity of Baylor Scott and White hospital and UT University. They need to have more help in food service (Both times only one employee working to prepare food and cleanup). Housekeeping needs help too.
I will say the staff all around is very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very clean and looks nice, but this is our last stay here.
