"Best place we have ever stayed in SF with our young kids! We will definitely be back. Parking was very secure and easy with an elevator directly to your room floor. The view was incredible! Everything was very clean including the baby crib. There is a mini store with fruit, drinks, and snacks in the lobby for the kids. The restaurant food was delicious and the kids meal was FREE with an adult entree!! It even came with a drink and an ice cream bar for them! 12/10 experience all around, it really made the trip wonderful. TY :)"

"Clean, updated property, friendly and helpful staff. Surprise fee upon check in (~$41) for things like coffee in the room, water in the room, happy hour martini's, were a little irritating, since it was not expected. But, in the big scheme of things, it was fine. I would stay there again. Pretty minimal charge compared to some "resort" fees charged by other SF hotels."

"The hotel was clean and in a nice area, room was nice and was clean. The only thing was I got a room on the second floor in the corner, the window was facing a wall with nothing to see, no sun no light and you can hear the toilet flush from the top room. Would I stay here again? yes I would but this time I would choose a different room."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location for easily catching a lift or meeting a tour. The surrounding area has a ton of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. It was also quiet. Couldnt hear any of our neighbors."
