"Across the street from union square, this hotel is close to many restaurants and quick dining spots. Definitely an ideal place to stay if you don’t have a car. Super close to Powell BART, you can walk there with your luggage. Short walk to Chinatown. Hotel was very clean and I always wipe down my room. There is a doorman/security for added safety. The pool is being remodeled. The staff always greeted me during my stay. I only stayed in the room to sleep and shower. I would stay here again. "

We love the convenience of the espresso machine in the lobby, and Adam is always such a hospitable bartender in the restaurant.
