St. Petersburg - Clearwater Sunken Gardens Hotels

"Great location in the middle of downtown Bay Area."

"We loved our view (front of the building, 3rd floor). The hotel is very well situated for museums, shops, and restaurants. There is no refrigerator in the room so no place for leftovers to go. The "continental breakfast" consisted of hard boiled eggs and various breads/bagels, etc, each individually wrapped in plastic, and not much else. No toaster, no juice. The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays and if you get back to the hotel after 9, you must take the outside elevator, walk down an unlit pathway to a door into the floor, find the pad for the passkey in the dark, and enter the building that way. We requested the room be cleaned after our second morning there and, though the beds were made up, the trash wasn't emptied, water was not replaced, and we had to request more toilet paper."

"I paid online and the they charged my card an extra 165!!! dollars to stay in a hotel with tape holding the wallpaper up.The floors were so dirty you couldn’t take off your shoes. You better bring some slippers if you want to take a shower in that filthy tube. The only thing I recommend about this place is the photographer."

"Room and bathroom were not clean. Clearly signs from previous guests. Barely any amenities, would have received better customer service through AI than I did in person. Parking was inconvenient for the price. Location was the only thing that was worthwhile."
