「We had four amazing days filled with sunshine, relaxation, adventures, and beautiful family memories. We truly had a blessed time! ❤️ Highly recommend this resort for a short family getaway! 🌴☀️」

「We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,...

「Excellent」

「Great range of food and drinks options for the price with around 6 cocktail options, beer, wine, juice and spirits plus the ability to ‘choose’ your own drinks using the spirits, juice and flavours available. Bar staff were incredibly attentive however some of the staff at the restaurant were rude and homophobic. For an all inclusive the meals were decently varied and tasty with a good selection of options although the lack of clear labelling and buffet style would be difficult for those with...

「Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big...

「The lobby staff were fine. The rooms are a bit old but clean, and there are pools everywhere—it's suitable for families. I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine.」

「Very good location. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Very bad WiFi connection.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, everything was excellent. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside, as a Muslim guest, was the limited choice of halal-friendly food. Having more halal options available would make the hotel more accommodating for Muslim guests. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay and have...

「Very nice hotel」

「Litt vanskelig å finne plass ved bassenget om en fulgte resortens regler med tanke på plassering av håndkle. Men vanskelig å håndheve.」

「Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

「Our room and the hallway to our room smelled awful. When we got into our room we saw the bathroom faucet was leaking and the floor was wet with some brownish residue that was maybe sand or...? We told the front desk and they said we can fix it...tomorrow. At that point it was 8pm. We had booked two nights all inclusive. We left as soon as we could - 7am the next morning. No meals, no beach. Complete waste of our money spent. We asked front desk for a refund and were again told to wait. We had...
