「Sands of Islamorado is a hidden gem. It is a very well maintained piece of Americana. Rooms are updated, spacious and very clean. The pool / lounging area is very well maintained. Got there late and did not meet staff but you can tell they take pride. This was my first time actually stopping in the Keys on the way to Key West and was not let down. Next trip will include several nights at the Sands of Islamorado. 」

「The property was clean and inviting. We stayed in the room above the office. It was very quiet, clean and smelled fresh. The staff was excellent; he answered our questions and was very helpful when approached. Would happily stay here again! 」

「All 3 pools were excellent. The sandy beach looking over the Atlantic Ocean was amazing and relaxing at the same time. The ladies went to the spa the men played the par 3 course, which is included in the resort fee.」

「Truly a spectacular & stylish hidden gem, almost feels like we have the whole place to ourselves. Plus, pool, gardens, it’s quiet, peaceful with many free activities you can do. Includes paddle boards and kayaks so you can do it for free when you stay with them. Stunning Sunsets at the property phenomenal staff, and amenities! Pet Friendly too. Fresh breakfast with quality goods and spectacular fresh squeezed orange juice. We had an amazing stay, wish it could have been for longer - Jetted tub...

「The room was not what we wanted. It smelled like the old cooking oil they use at the restaurant on the premises. They put us on the second floor with old chairs to sit on outside. While sitting out on the walkway it smelled like human urine. The inside was dirty the table looks like it has not been cleaned ever. The pand and utensils gad grease on them aka dirty. We asked to be moved to a room that cost less and that was a no can do. .」

「Very good experience. Managers were very pleasant. Older buildings but kept up and all was clean. Nice pool, nice chairs to view ocean. 」

「The rooms were sparsely stocked. No cups and blankets. It did not look like the pictures. It was dark. But clean! The shower broke around 8pm and maintenance came right away. Check-in lady was nice but made me feel like at warned child. Neat place! New experience!」
