“We really enjoyed our stay at Checca Lodge. Our room was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. Great place to unwind, live music was nice in the evenings. The pier is a great addition and we enjoyed fishing from the pier.”

“Alison could not have been more helpful. She was super responsive to any inquiries I made and was just the nicest person when we checked in. The unit was fully equipped and had a beautiful view, bed were super comfy. The appliances need to be replaced imo. The pool needed to be cleaned also but all in all I felt like it was worth the money. Would return.”

“Room was nice with balcony but not what I expected. Thought I was booking the room that was in the picture. All the pictures of my room at time of reservation appeared like the photos shown on the site, but this was not in fact the room we received. Overall the property is pretty nice with bikes, kayaks and paddleboards available at no extra charge. There was a free shuttle to the sister resorts Amara Cay and Three Waters Resorts. “My only suggestion is to clean the garbage littered in the beach-lounging area. There’s also litter in the ocean (under Little Limon deck) that we picked up and a strong smell of sewage that hits the nostrils as soon as we exit our room or walk towards the Tiki bar. The ice cream place also needs to stay open later than 8. We stayed in room 218 and Friday going into Saturday evening, there was extremely loud music that went on from 10pm to about 1 am. It was awful and we couldn’t sleep and……
