"Pool and beach area were extremely nice. The room was nice and clean, but you can tell it was an older hotel that they are working on remodeling. In some areas you could tell there was some deferred maintenance."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Islamorada and would absolutely come back. The owners were incredibly attentive and made themselves available anytime we had a question, which made the whole experience feel very easy and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great stay.The condo itself was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, which made it feel more like a home than a typical rental. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.The property is beautiful- the pool and beach area were both fantastic places to relax and enjoy the water. One of our favorite things was the location. It’s an easy walk to Florida Keys Brewing Company, which was such a fun spot to visit.Overall, this was a great place to stay in the Keys and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Islamorada."

"Sands of Islamorado is a hidden gem. It is a very well maintained piece of Americana. Rooms are updated, spacious and very clean. The pool / lounging area is very well maintained. Got there late and did not meet staff but you can tell they take pride. This was my first time actually stopping in the Keys on the way to Key West and was not let down. Next trip will include several nights at the Sands of Islamorado. "
