“Nice location, 5min.walk to the sky train station. Beautiful neighborhood, with supermarket, cafe and restaurants all in walking distance. Good breakfast service. The only thing that we experienced was the towels got unpleasant smell perhaps as we learned on the arrival day that it had been raining for the past days. And the room was bit small which was intended for up to 3persons. What we liked most was the sound-proof of the rooms, which is excellent for a beautiful Victoria-style house. ”

“People is nice”

“The owner of this hotel is very enthusiastic. When he heard that I was in Vancouver for the first time and brought three luggage and a schoolbag to the airport in the evening, when I had some difficulties, he drove to the airport to pick me up in the rain. The next day breakfast at that time, the boss personally went to the kitchen to make delicious meals for the tenants, which moved me. Although I haven't stayed in the hotel for a long time, only one night, I still impressed.”

“The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the view from our private balcony was awesome! We are always on the lookout for whales and this location was perfect. We spotted about 20 separate humpback whales at different times including a few mothers with active, entertaining calves. Putting the whole experience together it was a fantastic bargain.”

“This is a quiet, well maintained and luxurious home with breathtaking views of the forest on the ocean. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub, both of which are clean and well-maintained. A lovely breakfast was included, which made it a very good value. The host, Lili was warm and welcoming. With only a seven minute drive to restaurants and a fully equipped shared kitchen, this property is recommended.”

“The house is conveniently located. The host are warm welcoming and provide flexible time for check-in which is very important. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy and charming place. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and took the time to explain how to get around the city in a safe and budget-friendly way, which was extremely helpful. The location is very accessible, and the atmosphere of the place has a cozy, antique touch that makes it even more special. It’s a very pleasant space—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. “Super cute place to stay and in a very convenient location to all of the "to do's". I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. The weather was great and we had the windows a majority of the time while in. I grew up in coatal areas of southern California, so i was already aware of no a/c in places like this. The only draw back was the key pad access (initial use learning curve) and the upstairs tenants used the entire porch to smoke weed on and flick their ashes all over, without brushing……

“Great service, clean room!”

“Thomas was a great host. His place is so clran, cute, and comfortable with an amazing view from the living room and from the bedroom as soon as you get up you get a beautiful view of the ocean. There is also backyard area with a pod and fish that like to be pet. Our furry children were also welcomed and lived it so much they didnt wanna leave.Thanks again Thomas for everything!”
