This pet friendly absolute beachfront property will have you on the sand in moments.
The golden sands of Marcus Beach are mere steps away. Leave through the back gate and follow your private track onto the sand.
This well-designed floor plan facilitates excellent separation of living with an ensuited guest bedroom on the ground floor and a single bedroom, the lower level is tiled throughout and flows seamlessly for indoor / outdoor living.
Upstairs are the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuited with spa bath and features a huge walk in robe along with a balcony for the ultimate parents retreat.
A second bathroom including bath is also on this level, servicing the second & third bedrooms.
The outdoor pool wraps around the downstairs living area.

The property was in an ideal location, quiet area and very close to the beach, literally through some bush area and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool was amazing, spent many hours with the family, grandkids built their confidence with swimming. Very close to Noosa and Peregian Beach. Accomodation was great, lots of room for everyone especially if you wanted your own space. Roz was very helpful and answered messages immediately especially when we had no hot water but didn’t really hinder our holiday. Everything you could want at the accommodation even the local wild life visiting brought excitement to the young ones. Definitely would stay here again with the family.

What an amazing stay we had. The house was amazing it gave everyone their own space when they needed it as well as many spaces to come together. The pool was beautiful but the best thing was having the beach literally at your back door. Roz was so accommodating,I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great, relaxing holiday. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The location is great - surprisingly quiet given that it's in suburbia - and only a short drive to shops and restaurants in both Noosa and Peregian. We loved the quick access to the beach and it was amazing being able to hear the sound of the surf from the house, particularly at night.We had great communication with Roz, our host, and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family holiday

Our combined family of nine enjoyed an amazing week here. With kids ranging from 4-21 there was something for everyone to enjoy and so much space. The house is so well appointed with everything we needed to cook and enjoy being at home. The pool was an absolute highlight and it was easy to lose a couple of hours swimming and playing.

Beautiful quiet house

We had a beautiful time staying in this massive house. Great for our relatives to come and stay with us while visiting from the west. House is ideal for 2 families given the upstairs main and kids bedrooms as well as double room and bathroom downstairs. So quiet and the pool is massive, but very deep. We loved our stay so much.

Really great place for a family holiday. Allowed to bring our beloved pets which was amazing. The house is huge and has a great pool which we used everyday. Only thing we noticed was the BBQ was dirty which led to a mini fire starting and when we looked for a fire extinguisher we couldn’t find one. We managed to get it out though in the end. Overall fantastic stay, beautiful home and the host/management company was great. Thanks for having us!

Amazing

An amazing home in a fabulous location. A wonderful week was had by all. Roz kept us informed all week of anything happening. Having the room downstairs with an ensuite was perfect for our older parents as meant they had no reason to go upstairs.

Fantastic House is Awesome Position

This house was everything it promised - spacious, relaxing, well located and comfortable. We stayed for a week with varying ages of guests from 6-7 year olds, teenagers and adults and it was perfect for all. The grandparents had the ground floor room with ensuite, the kids shared the rooms with numerous beds int hem (and had their own bathroom) and the master was a retreat from everyone! Positioned in a quiet street with direct beach access from the rear gate, it was a mere minutes walk to the sand and surf, or relaxing in the pool which was deep. With two lounge rooms, the little girls could chill out watching Bluey while the teens watched a movie in the other room. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and ample for the number of guests If you are looking for a house that is away from the chaos of Noosa, this is perfect. It cannot be faulted and Roz was always available if we needed her. You will not be disappointed!
