“Our stay at the hotel was good, I would say excellent, however some of the staff wasn’t either in the mood or their misdemeanor is just rude and being serious. That’s a turn off for the business, I would rather have staff that are friendly and helpful rather than just rude. Food was okay, the taste wasn’t up to par but it was edible. Lastly we had an issue with one of the staff, we gave the receptionist the card and like in many hotels , they usually charge whatever card is on file, that wasn’t……

“The food was good. The customer service for the restaurant was bad. I had one drink and no one came back to offer anything else or a refill. When we got there PARKING IS HORRIBLE. They say they have 2 pools not true. One small pool for adults and a baby pool for kids. Yes the ocean is infront but no sand all big rocks. For breakfast it was okay it starts at 8 am. “The cabins were ok very small it was just me so it worked but if it’s more than 1 person good luck. The location is right off the road so the noise level was loud! It was cool to say I stayed at the cabins but overall I wouldn’t book this place again. The bugs were intense so bring bug repellent. Parking was tight they have limited spaces if you leave out most likely your space will be taken. I had to drive into El Tunco to park overnight as there were no spaces left for me to park at night.……
