"I called to report that the pole was leaking water. That was not taken care of. I also reported a concern for possible mold, and that also was not addressed during my stay."

"The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Beachfront views were absolutely stunning! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Pool and hot tub were great additions, and were clean/well maintained! Management was very easily reachable before and during our stay with prompt responses. The only improvements we would suggest are to maybe replace the older drip coffee machine (even though there was also a new Keurig) and replace the refrigerator water/ice dispenser (even though there was a Brita filter pitcher) so we didn’t have to keep buying water bottles and bags of ice. Other than those two minor details, the stay was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back!"

"My wife, son, daughter and fiance stayed here for a long Memorial Day weekend. Plus our two dogs. Great place! Way more room than we needed. Very comfortable and having the pool and hot tub to come to after the beach was great. Perfect location in Avon close to the food lion. Tons to do in this house. Games and puzzles galore! We'd definitely stay here again. "
