“First , there is black mold in the first tower where the pool is located and in the mirrors.
We were in the second tower and not once did house keeping go clean or delivered fresh towels.
Every time I tried calling the front desk at first would go through and then the phone number kept saying out of service .
Finally we decided to check out early and go to another hotel to actually shower. No one was at the front desk , a sign was left with a phone number ( same phone number saying it was out……

“Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit”
