As online listings and photos not match with properties as well as whole two bedroom are not proper two bed room it is just one partial partition to divide it , car parking is wasted of whole one hour time when we are picking up car from counter. I appreciated how quick and easy the check‑in process was. The reception staff was friendly and professional. The apartment was clean and comfortable, though it could use some upkeep in areas like the chipped flooring and worn table, small details that would make the space feel even nicer. The ocean view definitely made up for it. The A/C worked well, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage along with useful amenities like a clothing iron and hair dryer. My only real feedback is about the valet service. While I felt safe leaving my car with the staff, the pickup process was confusing. I was first told to use the QR code on the blue slip to request my car, which worked for two days, but then another staff member told me that was incorrect and that I always needed to bring the physical slip. A couple of staff members also seemed frustrated when I asked clarifying questions. Weekend checkout is extremely busy, and with limited staff, car wait times can be long, so plan ahead and request your car early. Other than that, I had a great stay here and would definitely come back!

Room was relatively clean and looked nice, but unfortunately many amenities listed were unavailable. We were told there was no laundry available, the cook top does not work, the AC system was either off or freezing and condensation dripping (despite following house rules), there were not wash cloths, only 2 towels, and the WiFi barely functioning. There was as a broom but no dust pan, so we ended up ordering one and left it there. Also no paper towels available. Saying all this, the complex was decent and the beach beautiful, so we felt it was a decent value to what was spent.

Our first time staying here and we were all pleased with everything. This is not a 5 star building but the staff was great and the price was even better. They're due for some upgrades in the building itself and the parking process is a pain but other than that we were very pleased and would stay again in the future.
