“My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. “I booked this stay for a short night to escape a bad situation and the host was so wonderful and kind to me. She upgraded my room and drove me directly to the airport the next morning. I was comfortable and safe!”

“Toen ik en mijn partner arriveerden was er een klein probleem met de reservering. Onze reservering was nergens te vinden. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben. Als compensatie kregen aan het eind van onze verblijf een lekkere ontbijt, gemaakt door de beheerster zelf. De accommodatie was verder netjes,……
