“Beautiful experience, the staff were VERY helpful & the check in /out process was a breeze. The amenities to the hotel made it one to remember with my time here in SK. Ty for making this experience lovely”

“Really clean self serve hotel. No microwave but they had coffee and hot water in the lobby which was nice. And also free cold bottled water at all times. Would stay again.”

“If there is a microwave it was more better for us.”

“Clean, convenient transportation”

“On previous stays, the environment felt rather cold and impersonal, almost as if this was merely a very brief stopping place, which is ironically, true. I chose to repeat this place purely out of convenience as I had an early train to catch to Busan. I also had an early train back from Busan after attending BTS Busan concert. As I’d kept my luggage with the hotel before leaving Seoul, I came back wondering if I could drop off my toiletries for safekeeping together with my stored luggage and……

My room reservation included Incheon Airport pickup service. I stay at this hotel several times every year, and I have always appreciated this service. In the past, every pickup went very smoothly. However, this time I was not able to find the driver easily. The hotel informed me that the pickup location was Exit 5 at Terminal 2. This was some distance from where I came out, so I walked there with my luggage, but I did not see the driver. After I called him, he told……

“room is very clean. bed is comfortable. staff are very nice”

“This is our second time staying at the Classic 500 Pentaz. The location is great, very close to the metro and supermarket. The staff at the front desk are helpful. However, the room we stayed in really needs a renovation. The tile in the bathroom is chipped and the room is worn out. ”
