"The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The fireplace was pretty noisy when we used it but if we turned off the heating part and just had the flame on, it was ok."

"Amazing place, checking in was a breeze, and staff super helpful. Lovely addition of free apple cider donuts in reception and they were the best we had on our trip. Comfy beds, good size room and with various different coffee pods + chocolate ones too. Shower was good power and didnt leak water all over the floor so that was a bonus. They also provide a little air filter unit which is a good addition to help keep air is virus free. We also had a meal in the restaurant and it was superb, service again prompted but not rushed and they spent time to talk to us rather than just get our order and run which is so refreshing."
