We had a brief one night stay before taking ferry to San Pedro, but fell in love with the fresh & clean room, traditional style of the casitas, two sparkling, secluded pools, the lush grounds & truly exceptional dining at their Martha's Cafe across the street. 「Welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, though they smelled a teeny bit like smoke or something. We had two adjoining rooms and had to air them out for a bit. Also the breakfast (mini bar cereal) were stale. I mentioned it to them, and they replaced them. I would stay again!」

「Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though」

「Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.」
