The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. “We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”

“因为是三口出游，所以预订了湖景的Junior Suite房型。 优点是： 1、房间面积比较大，看了下附带的防火指南的户型图，即使是乞丐房的面积也不小； 2、附带的湖景阳台是亮点，建议后面预约的一定要选湖景房，否则没什么风景； 3、步行3分钟距离内有两家中餐馆，主干道那家的价格更合理也更好吃；步行5分钟有coop超市，记得晚上7点就停止营业，想买东西要早点去 缺点是： 1、位置离蒙特勒火车站稍有距离，去的时候如果没有swisspass，拿着行李需要走15分钟左右；返程时可以利用酒店送的当地公交卡，3分钟到公交站后有公交直达火车站；”

“I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions during my stay a breeze. I especially enjoyed the morning buffet. It was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The location was also a big plus. It was just a short walk from the main station, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again!”
