"The hotel has a great location. There are many choices for food & attractions nearby. The staff is friendly & the restaraunt onsite is good. One miss - we were not told upon check-in that you must let the front desk know by 1pm if you’d like your room cleaned. We learned that information from another guest. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. "

"My friend and I booked our stay for two nights to participate in the Mercy Health Glass Marathon event. Meredith was amazing and provided excellent service the entire time we were there. Christine created a fabulous sign the morning of our run to acknowledge runners and of course we had to take a picture with it, barely awake at 4:30am. The sign was displayed in the breakfast area, which Paulette opened early specifically for the runners. We had friends staying at three other hotels that had none of the ‘extras’ and fantastic service that we experienced. Also the hot tub was the strongest jets I’ve ever seen at any hotel and I’ve been to dozens and dozens throughout my life. The people and service made this a fantastic weekend away and I can’t recommend this hotel enough."
