Our room had paint all over the tile. The shower/tub has mold in the corners. Broken faucet handle. Mold on the ceiling .The bed under the mattress was super dirty with rolling papers (that weren't ours) underneath it. The TV had a short in the wiring system so the TV would go in and out. The staff was friendly. Breakfast only had hot eggs and not much. No meat of any kind. They would only put out the flavor creamer during 6a-9a and you couldn't get more. I understand the place is sort of under construction but the room wasn't anything like the pictures shown on the site. Overall I'd give it a ⁶/¹⁰. The staff was really nice especially Mimi. She was so helpful, smiling, and curtious

The room itself was okay. It wasn’t the cleanest but it had everything you needed. I would definitely stay there again because it was very affordable and the staff were nice. I didn’t try the breakfast so I don’t know how that was.
They won’t help a guy with his broken phone, I clean their property a lot of the time because I walk. Rooms could use some vacuuming during the times they do room service.
Considering how poorly every thing I dealt with was cleanliness wise, I skipped risking eating breakfast at the hotel.
This is my big issue: i was met with an unannounced $250 deposit against smoking damage in my smoke free room. The room smelt like a cigar bar. Demanded a different room. That room smelt like a wet dog. Quality Inn's idea of handicap accessible is hand rail in the tub, when my issue is raising my leg high enough to get in and out of the shower. The desk clerk tried to help but I demanded a written letter from her so they didn't try to blame me for the smell in those two rooms. At least her hand writing was better than her broken English.
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Ohio for more than 30 days. Unfortunately, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.
Throughout my stay, the staff was consistently rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I asked to speak with a manager, but I was either told he was busy or unavailable. However, I am fairly certain I saw him on the property during one of those times, which made it feel as though my concerns were being intentionally dismissed.
During one incident, another customer openly disrespected me while I was in the middle of a conversation with Customer Service. Instead of de-escalating the situation or addressing the inappropriate behavior, staff allowed it to continue without intervention.
Most concerning was when a staff member walked into our room while my husband was undressed. My husband is autistic and relies heavily on routine and predictability. This incident caused significant distress and disrupted his entire day. When the issue was brought to the staff’s attention, the response was dismissive and rude, showing no empathy or understanding for the impact of their actions.
While the hotel may be convenient and affordable, basic customer service, professionalism, and respect should never be optional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this location unless absolutely necessary.
Bugs in bed, wallpaper peeling off in bathroom, only 2 lights worked, fridge frozen up and insects crawling in bathroom. Needless to say did not shower, slept with my clothes on and walked through 8 inches off snow to reach the sidewalk to room. OH BUT WAIT. Couldn’t open door with key, assigned another room opposite side in 6 degree temperature. Worst room EVER.

I booked my room through Hotels.com. I requested to reserve a king bed and when I got there to check in elevator was down so I had to climb up three flights of stairs on a bad knee. They sold my king room and had no kings available and they started to tell me what other other people requested him first and said they were booked out when I reserved the room at the end when I get everything registered then they return and say they have a policy to take a $50 deposit which several weeks ago when I booked the same location having the same issues as this time where they sold my room out last time, they did not charge me a deposit and when I called them out on that they were trying to make all sorts of stories and couldn’t stick to one story. I am very dissatisfied with this place and I am very disturbed that they don’t contact Hotels.com when they sell out on a room, I will be contacting hotel or quality Inn and complaining about that as well. I don’t know what Hotels.com can do about the situation but something needs to be done in two weeks two times that I’ve stated this place and they’ve sold the rooms out.
Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was lacking only had yogurt and bread with butter available all else was empty but worth the money for the stay
Room was pretty dingy, ceiling and wall plaster falling off. Breakfast, while “included”, was crap. Front desk staff was curt and unfriendly. But it’s a $60 room so. Get what ya get I guess, nice location anyway.

Room is clean, staff treats you like family. Me and my Dad decided to book here again for another stay. Me and my Dad really don't have family and they make us feel like we fit right in. Nice breakfast selection. The room smells amazing from the wonderful housekeeping. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at by far. They have onsite laundry, fitness room, and etc.
Burn holes in the comforter and sheets, the heater smelled terrible and they wouldn't give us an extra blanket, not friendly staff and there was a deposit that they didnt mention that was almost as much as the night in the room. Will not stay here again and wouldn't recommended to anyone except the homeless.
