I didn't find the counter staff particularly professional, friendly, or helpful this particular visit. Was a bit disappointed by that. Otherwise, we liked our rooms (539 and 539A). Will be back. "

"I went for the woman's dorm/hostel thing and shared a room with 3 other women. The bunks were confortable and allowed for privacy. They were tall enough to sit in comfortably and everything was clean. My roomates were wonderful and we all kept to ourselves. This was a business trip and all I needed was a means to shower and a place to rest my head, which I was able to do with ease. "

Parking each night thru the hotel is an ADDITIONAL $50. Or that’s just normal for hotels in Chicago ? Got a $70 ticket during my time checking in to the hotel. Maybe it’s just a learning curve staying in Chicago. "
