"The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍"

"This is a very pleasant hotel. The check in process was very easy although they do require photo ID. They were able to check us in 90 minutes early too. The room was OK. It was a Superior Queen size and actually a lot smaller than I expected. There was also a cot and nappy bin which we hadn't requested so had to get this removed. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows and the room is well lit with plenty of power points. The shower is also good. Breakfast was first class. There are only three lifts so allow for a long wait when coming or going. Overall I would stay here again."

"The onsite restaurants and bars are very good. The location is amazing. The room, while clean was very outdated. 2 faucet sinks, a step over tub, carpets warn and coming up in areas. The bed was pressed up against a wall on one side, so I had to crawl in and out of it. All of this would have been ok if the room was priced about 1/2 what it was. The price would have been ok if the room was modernized with step in shower, single handle faucet, a new floor etc… overpriced for what it was."

"We travelled as a family to London, and had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Tower Bridge. The location was excellent, close to the underground and local restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the hours for the breakfast were convenient. The self-service laundry was also an amenity that we used. It was very much appreciated. The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would certainly stay there again."

"This felt more like a proper hotel than a hostel. The location was great, close to the ferry (which is free when you stay there) as well as bus transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night so didn’t take advantage of breakfast or bar but it’s something I will consider in future. My room was a nice size with a tub which I love and a view of the water. It’s a great spot if you’re traveling solo very cost effective. Will come back in future"
