伦敦托拉附近酒店

“We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there……

“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“Some random thoughts: 1) Someone's hair easily spotted all over the bathroom's white walls when we checked in. Told front desk ( later with photos taken at the scene when repeated requests to clean them were futile ) as well as left notes to housekeeping yet the strands were never removed. 2) No green tea sachets and was bluntly told " we don't have green tea ". This is Marriott! 3) Telly not working properly and later fixed; cracked walls along doorframes with paint worn off. 4) Housekeeping……

“Awesome apartment. Well located. Walkable to many monuments and locations.”

“Clean and convenient”

“The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself……

“Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel”

“淋浴至一半時無熱水。住酒店最高層(约4樓)，無電梯，㩦大件行李十分不便，無人協助搬入房。街道十分嘈雜，近救護站，時常有救護車响警号在街往來。”

“The room”

“I'd defo recommend my friends to stay here! ”

“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”

“廚房很讚，可以自己煮東西，該有的廚具基本都具備。缺點是隔音稍差，會聽到隔壁嗯嗯啊啊的聲音~~~”

“The room is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. But one thing to note, it’s not in the city centre. You have to take bus or metro to the city centre, taking around 30-45 mins. Btw, the bus service in London is quite stable and convenient.”

“位處較郊區，不容易找到。 房間清潔度可 也夠寬敞 接待人員親切”
