“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and……

“AVOID – I paid for a room that was never provided I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property. I booked and paid for a two-night stay through Hotels.com for 9–11 September. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the property to check in, the housekeeper told me that they were fully booked, there was no room available for me, and they had no record of my reservation in their system. I therefore had no accommodation despite having already paid for my stay and had……
