“The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman.
