“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“The double room only has one bed and a table. Luggage has to be placed on the floor. The bed frame is unstable and looks like it will fall under the couch. The bathroom is very small. All the facilities do not match the photos. The swimming pool and fitness equipment are not open. There is no food available for the paid buffet breakfast. choose. The two nights' stay was like staying in a refugee camp, and all the restaurants and shops outside the hotel were closed.”

“Bella camera spaziosa comoda, un po' piccolo il bagno, non funzionava la ventola di areazione. Personale cortese disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Ottima la spa, la colazione, la posizione centrale dell'hotel. Abbiamo cenato due volte nei ristoranti dell'hotel buon cibo e cortesia da parte del personale l'ultima sera è stato offerto anche il caffè molto apprezzato il gesto.”

“Saubere und gut gepflegt Unterkunft. Durch die alte Bauweise teils hellhörig, hauptsächlich der Fussboden. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Im Kühlschrank, am Frühstücksraum, stehen gekühlte Getränke (kostenpflichtig) bereit. Bei heißen Wetter ist der Pool sehr einladend.”

“A lovely taste of authentic Italy. We stay in so many chain hotels it was lovely to stay in a hotel that felt more homely and hasn't been over developed or stripped of it's character. Great location; a few short steps into town, great spacious family room, good selection at breakfast and fresh coffee to order available. Garden at breakfast time was a beautiful bonus. “Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.”
