"The AC was set to a floor temperature 21.5C so quite stuffy, not adjustable to a lower level if you sleep better in a colder room. Fortunately there were windows that could be opened. The room was clean and a very good size. The location is good. The western food menu is large but the quality was very poor. The pizza was awful and the chicken used across dishes. Check in and out was very quick. "

"Rooms are big and spacious. It’s very clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Metro is very close by. Will consider staying here again if I visit again. "

"Room smelled of open sewer, several complaints had no effect. AC did not work, stuck at 25 degrees, staff told to regulate temperature by opening and closing a small window and turning AC on and off! Internet did not work - sometime totally gone, sometimes too slow to receive email. Could be fixed by reception for 2-3 hours, then gone again. Breakfast room understaffed - long que to get an egg, not one time in the week did we get a complete set of silverware, always one missing on all tables - playing ‘find a knife’ or similar every mornnng. The hotel is undergoing an overdue renovation andevidenly let a lot of people go. Did not lower price so if d something else for 2026"

"Wonderful welcome and check in experience. Clean and quiet hotel in a great location. Staff able to communicate in English. Happy to assist with requests such as taxi bookings, etc. Enjoyed my stay very much. Will certainly revisit and refer."
