昔はかなり立派なホテルだと思われるが、今は建物が古くなっている気がします。しかしたばこのにおいのする部屋をあてがわれた時にクレームを伝えて、きれいな部屋に変えて頂き感謝しています。４連泊しましたが、スタッフが足りない気がしますが、いつも丁寧に対応していただき良かった印象があります。近くに食べものの店が立ち並んでいて、便利でした。朝食も台南の風土料理があって、おいしくいただきました。

值得推薦的好飯店

房間乾淨寬敞，設備非常齊全，有陽台，最棒的是夜燈可以調整明亮度，大廳很氣派，lobby有咖啡跟小餅乾隨時可以使用，各樓層有飲水機，服務周到，親切有禮貌，飯店前面有專用車道，可以停車卸行李，地下室有免費停車場，10樓有健身中心，個人蒸氣室和小烤箱。飯店早餐餐超級豐盛，感覺像在吃午餐，飯店周圍有很多小吃和餐廳，地點非常的方便。唯一小小的遺憾大概是我們房間沒有浴缸。

家庭旅行

優點：客房寬敞乾淨，冷氣夠涼，並非很新的飯店但整體維持得不錯。浴室水量足水溫穩定，有Panasonic吹風機。週邊走路覓食非常方便，選擇多。有免費停車，本館地下室及對面平面停車場共60位左右，先到先登記後可自由進出。早餐好吃，品項品質以這個價位的飯店而言很優。 缺點：這次住到5樓面大馬路的房間，對外隔音差晚上外面車聲明顯影響睡眠，在意噪音者可要求比較裡面的房間或向櫃檯索取耳塞。浴室有乾溼分離但淋浴門縫底漏水還是蠻多的。 其他：浴室如果可以升級免痣馬桶會更好。另外建議房內掛的畫可請專業人員規劃統一風格，整體質感會更好。一樓咖啡機建議可以提供紙杯或調整杯區高度，讓房客可以使用自己的隨行杯。

明明提供免費停車，到時卻沒位置，才回覆我說採先到先停，要我自己去外面找，入住需求也註明我需要停兩台車，結果停車位不夠卻沒來電知會，一個晚上六千多，卻還要自己外面找車位。

交通方便，機能很好的飯店

在台南應用大學附近，所以一走出來都是吃的，周邊還有商店麥當勞都有，機能超好，約30個地下停車位，早到早停，客房屬天井中庭式設計，房間不錯，但地毯看起來蠻多污漬，應該要換，馬桶沒有免治馬桶有點失望，蛋型浴缸，沒有提供瓶裝水，有水壺自己去逃生梯旁飲水機取水。房間隔音不好，旁邊房客使用浴廁聲音很明顯。 特別要說一下，雖然有提供洗衣房，但所在位置在三樓，逃生梯旁還有一扇門關著，沒有對外窗，很暗沒燈很恐怖，感覺很久沒來整理，要自備零錢，沒有零錢兌換機，感覺很老舊，也看不出洗衣機、烘衣機裡乾不乾淨，建議要弄成開放式，才不會讓房客很害怕。
