We found the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it is convenient to get to the to-visit places in Tainan from the hotel by Uber. Very good value for money too! :)))

Wifi Internet do not work

QQQ3838. The stay is excellent. Will vome back again. However the Internet has a problem. The front desk staff is very helpful by change the room. But it still do not work. May be most local guests are use cell phone. But, we international businessman need to use wifi internet to send and receive email. Hope it will work in the future. The free tea time and the breakfast quality drop a lot. With the ice cream look like it was malted and re fozen. If thd hotel management can put extra attention on thd food items. It is a great place to stay.

Customer Service is non existent. Toilet got blocked, rang the reception, they said there is nothing they can do, their advice was to wait it out and see what happens! Had to go and demand a plunger, finally they drop a plunger at the room for us to unblock the toilet.

Dear Folks, you need to watch out for this hotel in terms of agreements. I went to the hotel and checked in before midnight. I kindly requested a late checkout for 1pm. Then the morning front desk attendant called my room 11:50am and instructed me to leave in 10 minutes. I mentioned that last night’s attendant granted me a late checkout, claimed not to understand English. Told me to wait, then played a recorded message either to pay an extra fee or we we call the police to remove you. Then the call ended. I called back and the attendant hung up on me and said played another message and the recording said the police are on the way to the hotel. I thought this was a joke. So I went to the lobby to ask for the manager and the front desk refused to give me the person. Then this attendant, grabbed her cellphone and called the police, I said please don’t call the police I want to talk to your manager. Shortly after, the police arrived, luckily they spoke English and I explained that I wanted to complain to the manager, the police officer was shocked. Police advised me they have the right to charge you extra if they want to , so I had to pay an extra 15 dollars per hour. They refuse to give you the invoice at the beginning of check in and write down the terms. Once I got the invoice, there isn’t any terms. Beware

客房服務人員都還好, 到了旅店大廳checkin時才發現沒有附送早餐, 訂房選項顯示的"提供早餐" 這部分有誤導嫌疑, 因為並沒有含早餐的訂購選項, 所以讓訂房者以為有提供免費早餐, 服務人員說明早餐要250元, 但早上看餐廳內沒有供餐的, 不太明白250元的早餐是長怎樣.. 以上供參考!!
