Such a comfortable room! Slept like a baby, and I still miss that shower. Took a bath and almost dozed off in the tub, it was so relaxing! Breakfast was amazing!

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff VERY helpful, BUT, the dining options very limited! The buffet breakfast was very good, BUT, to eat dinner you HAD to have the buffet, which we didn't care for! The ONLY menu ordering was in the Lounge, and the menu selection was very small..

Amazing Sky Hotel with city views
Amazing city views that you can see both miramar at Neihu and 101 tower at Xinyi. Excellent bed too! Love the deep soaking tub as well. Overall decent stay even though room a little small.

The room was very comfortable and hotel even upgraded us to a superior room with Taipei 101 view. The gym has nice view too and sun lights and very new training equipment, however i saw some litters leftover from the day before which made me doubt if they have cleaned the gym everyday. The bar was nice, I like the cocktails and the bartender was friendly. I'd say the only thing must be improve is the breakfast area. It's way too small for such a big hotel, makes a lot of queues. Moreover the three chefs who are cooking in the waffle/noodle/egg section seems squeezed into very small area and the entire process was quite a mess, they should arrange it in a better way.

room was very clean, staff are very helpful and welcoming. Great location in the city. If i have to criticize anything, our room was a bit stuffy and humid, otherwise everything was great!

Very good stay, though there are two areas for improvement: More check-in counters would be good to reduce the long wait times. Also more baby cots are required - we requested ours months in advance when booking online, only to be told at check-in that they had run out - poor amenities management. Also the hotel dental kits need larger toothpaste tubes. Management thinks they are saving money by skimping on toothpaste tube sizes, when in fact this then requires guests to open a dental kit daily (and throw away the toothbrush) in order to have enough toothpaste.
