Staff were very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The bed was firm. Overall a very great experience and would recommend to others. Location was amazing, as we were right next to Ximending district but not inside, this help reduce the noise level but also gave us great access to all the entertainment.

Was surprised with the size of the quadruple room. It had a great space for us to had our breakfast in the room. We used the space to open up our 4 luggage too. location wise, it is nicely situated in Ximending. Very assessible.

Though it's very convenient to get around from the hotel, the biggest downside was the terrible internet connection! It would have been a great experience had the internet not get disconnected. There are many other saying about the poor internet. Would look for other hotel in the future because if this flaw.

stayed 7 nights in triple room , comes with a bathtub good for kids to soak and play bathbomb in it. walkable from XMD metro exit 6 , just opp yong he you tiao so its actually quite quiet surrounding from the hustle of xmd. Daily house cleaning available , good enough for daily sleeping. Corridor has water dispenser so can refill daily water from there.Opp street got a hidden coin laundry shop good for long stay. Overall for the price and location cant hiam liao since we just need a room to rest well. strongly recommeded for families with kids.

Great location
Great location, nice spacious room. However it will be great if there were more storage spaces (Eg wardrobe) and hooks to hang clothes. The lift is very small only can fit in 5 person at most.

Worst Hotel in Taipei
I’ve visited Taipei several times. However, I was extremely displeased with the service and accommodation offered within this hotel. Not only was the receptionists rude and unprofessional, but also lack proper communication. The cleanliness of residence was gut wrenching. The wallpaper was peeling and had several unknown stains on the ceilings. The rooms also had a distinct smell mildew. In addition, the images of the hotel advertises a bright and lively atmosphere. However, the rooms are dark and dim. The atmosphere in the residence does not feel safe or welcoming. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with looks of disgust from staff. The dat security guard is lazy, and displays looks of disgust towards guests. Overall, this hotel was cumulatively a disappointment and gave a false impression. I do not recommend under any circumstance, book a room at the East Dragon Hotel in Taipei. Additional note: the elevator is extremely irritating and is in desperate need of repair.

Walkable to Ximending MRT in 5 minutes. Hotel is located at the corner of the yellow pole section. Plenty of foods to try around and opposite to Family Mart as well. The staff was very nice especially the luggage uncle, very kind and also service with a beautiful smile. โรงแรมตั้งอยู่หัวมุมถนน โซนสุดเสาสีเหลืองของซีเหมินติง มีแฟมิลี่มาร์ทอยู่ตรงข้าม จากโรงแรมสามารถเดินตรงไปยังสถานีรถไฟฟ้าซีเหมินได้ภายใน5นาที พนักงานน่ารัก แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดและนำน้ำมาวางเพิ่มให้วันละ2ขวดและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ทั้งเซททุกวัน ภายในห้องมีตู้เย็น ไดร์เป่าผม ตู้เสื้อผ้าพร้อมไม้แขวน มุมนั่งเล่น ในส่วนของห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำ ชักโครก(ไม่มีสายชำระ) ขนาดห้องถือว่ากว้างหากเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นในบริเวณใกล้เคียง

Service was OK. Room was pretty clean. Wifi was Spotty at best. Kept disconnecting and had to manually reconnect. I had to spend extra on pocket wifi to get connection.
