I have customed Eslite Hotel since its opening. I have always found it cozy, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and most helpful. The only aspect they may need to improve is the breakfast. When I first came here, the breakfast offered a lot of options, including Egg Benedict. But now it’s only fried eggs and bacon.

It is an oasis in the middle of very busy metropolis. Great breakfast and the size of room was much larger then other hotels in the area.

This is an exceptional hotel. I would rate it 6 stars. Everything is beautiful, new impeccable. Attentive service. I have a single criticism - no plugs at the desk or bed for my laptop and phone chargers. But a tiny blemish on an otherwise flawless stay.

Lovely decor, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast-definitely walkable to nearby mall and Taipei 101 (25minutes). Located less central from the street noise so very quiet at night. It was my birthday and the hotel gifted me a bottle of wine!

We are very satisfied with the 5 days stay. Great serbices and nice facility. The only thing might need some improvement is the restaurant quality next to the lobby. Breakfast and beef noodle soup were subpar.

not only we didn't receive Expedia Platinum complimentary upgrade, neither early check in , nor late check out our room is not even ready at the standard check in time of 3:00PM we stay in this hotel multiple times this is one horrible experience
