いつも花華ホテルをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございました。新型コロナウイルスの影響により、本館は営業を終了しました。現在、別館のみが営業中です。お部屋のバスルームでタバコの匂いがして、申し訳ございません。当館は全館禁煙となっておりますが、バスルームに換気ダクトが接続されておりますので、別のお客様が客室内で喫煙する場合、換気ダクトを通して他の部屋のバスルームに煙が広がる可能性がございます。 今後、当ホテルは全館禁煙であることをお客様にできるだけお伝えするよう努めてまいります。またのご利用をお待ちしております。
