We have no complaints about the hotel facilities and location. It is splendid. However, there is problems about the staffs which should be improved. Although they are professional, they lack of service mind and hospitality. The male staffs talked a bad things behind our back. We are not local but my friend is able to understand Chinese. I would rate 5 stars if the hotel staffs are improved for their attitude.

Great stay overall. The building doesn’t look like a hotel, to be honest but the room was clean and it was pretty comfortable. Somehow this hotel directly charged us in Taiwanese currency (not by Expedia in USD) so you better use any credit card that doesn’t charge any foreign transaction fee.

It's a solid four stars. Updated rooms, laundry machines, and easy walk to the main station. Just go out the front door, turn left, walk for 10 minutes, and you're connected to the whole city. Only complaint..... Slowest elevators ever! Take the stairs.
